Heather is the heart and driving force behind H+Co Design Haus. With an innate ability to understand people deeply, she has a rare talent for translating her clients’ stories, rhythms, and individuality into spaces that feel unmistakably their own. Her background in sales and business has shaped the way she approaches design—with confidence, intention, and strategy—while her passion for interiors brings a deeply personal and creative perspective to every project. She believes the most compelling spaces aren’t designed to follow a formula, but to tell a story.

Heather founded H+Co with intention, turning a passion and a dream into a design studio and showroom that reflects her vision and presence within the design industry. From the spaces she creates to the experience she has built around them, every detail is thoughtfully considered. At the center of it all is her ability to move people—to listen closely, see what others might miss, and bring a vision to life in a way that feels elevated, effortless, and personal.

CRYSTAL FORBES | BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Crystal is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps H+Co Design Haus moving forward. Naturally tech-savvy and highly adept at systems, strategy, and the details in between, she oversees everything from IT and financials to vendor relationships and contracts. She is often the voice of reason and the steady hand that brings big ideas back to reality, always thinking ahead and looking for the next opportunity to grow.

There is never a task too small or a challenge too big for Crystal. She has a natural ability to fill the gaps, keep the moving pieces aligned, and make sure the details are handled—all while helping H+Co launch confidently into what’s next. Reliable, resourceful, and always there when needed, Crystal is an integral part of the team and the momentum behind so much of what happens at H+Co.

As Director of Operations, she is deeply invested in the experience behind every H+Co project. With a background in client management and event coordination, she believes luxury has far less to do with the end product and everything to do with how you feel throughout the process—the thoughtful details, the anticipation of needs, and the confidence of knowing everything is handled.

From procurement and vendor coordination to site measurements and the countless details that keep a project moving, she thrives behind the scenes while remaining a familiar and trusted face for our clients. With a keen eye for design and a natural instinct for creating a seamless experience, she brings organization, intention, and warmth to every project, making sure the H+Co experience feels just as elevated as the spaces we create.
